Potato Soup



SHOPPING LIST:

1 pkg Bear Creek Potato soup mix
4 cups Chicken Stock
4-5 Potatoes
Small carton of Half & Half
4 cups Water
Salt & Pepper to taste

Optional:
Bacon Bits
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Sourdough Bread Bowl

DIRECTIONS:

Bring to a roaring boil 4 cups water & 4 cups chicken Stock.
Slowly (using a wire whisk) add soup mix & Potatoes (peeled & diced).

Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally for 1 hour.
Stir in Half & Half and leave on heat for another hour or so, don't forget to keep stirring every now and then.

Turn off the heat, pour in bowls and enjoy.

My kids like to add bacon, shredded cheese and sour cream on top.
